All shipments are made through either UPS . You shall receive a confirmation email, a shipping notification email which includes the tracking number or numbers. Returns and replacement items are quick and easy!
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrectly Shipped Items: Please contact our customer service department at customersupport@fanswithpride.com or 877.509.4107 within 30 business days of receiving your package for a full refund (including shipping costs) or to discuss receiving a replacement product. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 4 weeks of receiving the returned product. Please hold on to the original packaging and boxes as we may ask you to return the product. If we do ask you to return the product, a return label will be provided free of charge.
All Other Returns and Exchanges: Please contact our customer service department at customersupport@fanswithpride.com or 877.509.4107 for a return label for your purchased item. Items must be returned within 30 days from date delivered in unused, like-new condition. After 30 days from the date delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Items must contain all original packaging and accessories or a 10% restocking fee may be charged. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 4 weeks of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
